Photo, Video & Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending any event associated with the 7th Annual Women's Expo HSV – Legacy Edition, hosted by The Women's Expo HSV, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Photography & Video Release
I understand that photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, livestreams, and other media may be captured during the event.
By attending, I grant The Women's Expo HSV, its sponsors, partners, employees, volunteers, contractors, and authorized media representatives the unrestricted right to photograph, record, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and use my name, image, likeness, voice, and appearance in any media format, now known or later developed, for promotional, educational, advertising, marketing, social media, public relations, archival, and other lawful business purposes without further notice, approval, or compensation.
I understand that I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials or receive compensation for such use.
Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation in the event is voluntary.
I assume full responsibility for my own health, safety, personal property, and well-being while attending the event and while traveling to and from the event venue.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless The Women's Expo HSV, Tiffany Draper-Coles, venue owners, sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, volunteers, contractors, vendors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to my attendance or participation in the event, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence, willful misconduct, or where liability cannot legally be waived.
Personal Property
I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings. The Women's Expo HSV and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Event Changes
I understand that speakers, schedules, programming, vendors, entertainment, and event activities are subject to change without notice.
Code of Conduct
I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and professional manner throughout the event. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, harassing, unlawful, or unsafe. Removal from the event under these circumstances may occur without a refund, where permitted by law.
Agreement
By completing my ticket purchase, I acknowledge that:
I have read and understand this Photo & Liability Waiver.
I voluntarily agree to its terms.
I am at least 18 years of age, or I am the parent or legal guardian purchasing a ticket on behalf of a minor and agree to these terms for that minor.
My electronic acceptance during checkout constitutes my legally binding agreement to this waiver.
